What people ask me

What happens to my old robOS licence?
It is retired at the move and you get the new AlwaysOn licence on the same email. That is why you pay 199, not the full price: the difference is exactly what you already paid.
Can I go back to the laptop?
Yes, anytime. The data is your files: move them back, the licence activates on the laptop and the server steps out. robOS runs in one place at a time: either the server or the laptop.
What can others see?
Nothing. The server has no door open to the internet. Only you reach it, from your devices.
What do I need?
A server at any provider (or I keep one for you, for 50 USD a month) and your own Claude subscription. The rest is my job.
How do I talk to it from my phone?
Through the Claude app (iOS/Android), connected to your robOS on the server. Ask, assign tasks, see results.
How long does installation take?
Usually one business day from the moment you send me the server details. I write to you right after purchase to schedule it.
